Is it possible to get a short film distributed? Just curious, I have a few already in the can and I thought it would be cool.

what do you mean distributed? your best bet is probably to try and get on a short film collection dvd of some sort. i know of a swedish publisher that makes those, but i guess you can find something in texas as well. if you're talking about theatrical distribution, it's actually possible in europe, but your film would have to win at a few of the major festivals first. well, this is a good start for getting any kind of exposure, so submit it to all the festivals you can. do you have a 16 or 35 mm print? you need one to get screened at most festivals, except the top and bottom ones. many festivals claim they accept video submissions, but they will put you in the video section and show your film on a white wall in a nightclub. good luck.
